Our Story and Founder

In 2013, Juan Ángel Poyatos launched Volies as “Volunteering and Strategy,” driven by the vision of positioning people—the real engine of change—at the heart of corporate transformation. Together with María Jesús Pérez, co-owner and key strategic partner, they built Volies into a reference in Europe and Latin America for corporate volunteering and social impact.

Volies is a certified B Corp that helps companies and organizations drive social transformation from within. Becoming a B Corp marked a new step in our journey—joining a global community of over 9,000 companies committed to balancing profit and purpose. This certification reflects our commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and responsibility.
